Family Travel
Have fun! Learn! Experience! Share! Grow!
See the world through the eyes of your children. Take in their wonder! They are only young once – participate in their joy as they discover new worlds. Enrich your children’s lives as they interact with children of other cultures and lifestyles. Explore new lands. Learn new activities. Step back in history.
Ask us to create an inter-generational family vacation with age appropriate activities. Perhaps you may wish to travel with other families. These family group tours are so popular they often sell out several months in advance. Many cruise lines offer organized children’s programs: ask us to suggest and book your family cruise based on your lifestyle, where you wish to visit, and the ages of your children.
For over 25 years we’ve been designing memorable life-changing family vacations.
A sampling of the most sought after family group tours include visits to Egypt, China, South Africa, Peru, the Galapagos.
We will be pleased to create a customized vacation for your family or assist you in selecting and book the appropriate organized family tour.

Londolozi Bush School
Londolozi Bush School was made famous in 1984 with the launch of a 52 part bush school film series by Disney worldwide. This exciting program is relived “live” in the “Cubs Den” when young adventurers visit Londolozi.
Londolozi has now added a mini game ranger training course including guiding and tracking skills taught “real time” on the Londolozi Game Reserve by a fully qualified specialist guide.
Each course is adapted to match the age and ability of the individual. Children are encouraged to realise their full potential gently guided by the instructors who ensure at all times that it
is an uplifting and rewarding experience.
In the history of indigenous cultures who live in the wilderness, the role of the child is clearly defined and responsibilities come at an early age in the community. The Londolozi Bush School we subscribe to this belief and we continue to be amazed by the ability of young people to retain information and to assume responsibility during the programs.
Londolozi Cubs – The Bush School Mini Game Rangers Curriculum includes:
How to:
-
read the bush and know the sounds around you (squirrel alarm calls, what the birds are telling you, animal behavior)
- work out the direction of animal tracks
- survive in the bush
- make a fire
- find water
- gather food in the African bush
- make a Bush medicine chest
